We will be living abroad for the winter and we are looking for a short term renter from January - end of March. The property is beautiful and quiet and just 15 minutes from downtown Durango. The sublet lease duration is 4 months, with the owners returning April 1st. Rent includes utilities (water, heat, wifi), but we'd ask that you're conservative using water as it's delivered to the house. We are also willing to reduce the rent to $1250 in exchange for watering house plants every 10 days. Renter is also responsible for keeping the driveway clear with snow removal. We have a honda snowblower that can be used.
