Anytime during the terms of the lease you have the option of buying the house, but you are not required to buy the house. Should you choose not to buy the house any credit you have towards the purchase price is forfeited. I will be happy to provide you with insight and information about the loan process and how to acquire a home loan should you choose to purchase this property. Allow me to guide you through to home purchase process. The lease option has many benefits for you.
