Outside is a full deck with a barbecue and fire pit, with adirondack wooden chairs. You may use the bikes we have, plus kayaks. There is parking in the driveway for 2+ vehicles. Last months, first months and security deposit due at signing. Tenant pays for electricity, propane and cable/internet. Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
