My adjacent home (88 Stockbridge) Is listing for $500,000, also per your fluctuating monthly changes. The two properties were bought together, and will go on the market as a single parcel. Of course the taxes are payed as 2 separate lots, but the recently renovated expanded patio area makes it a beautiful outdoor space, with separate small court for basketball, large bricked in vegetable garden and garden shed on a cement slab. Your photo stating it contains a house is incorrect, the bushes hiding this entire area from the road for privacy. Please advise a marketing strategy for both Properties.. Thankyou
