Kayaking, several shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. Nice middle-class, very safe neighborhood with nice neighbors helpful neighbors. Garage parking and large yard, fully fenced. If you care to do any gardening etc you are welcome to it. One tenant has a sunflower garden. Master has a walk-in closet with lots of shelves and shoe rack. Newly furnished and updated master bedroom and bathroom. Purple brand queen sized bed. Very comfortable-lots of pillows. All white furniture in bedroom with built in lighting. Bed and headboard, 2 nightstands, dresser, 2 cabinets and locking jewelry cabinet on wall. Beautiful new upgraded laminate floors 56" TV on wall in front of bed White Barnyard style sliding door on bathroom. Bidet on toilet. Extra large shower with marble tile walls and built-in shelves. Extra cabinet space. Master includes the use of sheets towels washcloths etc- unless you want to use your own. The shared housing area is fully stocked with dishes, pans, glasses, etc. Comfortable leather reclining living room furniture with big screen TV, Roku, electric fireplace. Dining room table seats 6. Feel free to have guests over during appropriate times to not disturb other tenants. Kitchen has disposal, dishwasher, stove and fridge- all stainless steel appliances. Large lanai on back and fully fenced in yard and gate across the driveway. Washer/dryer in garage. And you get the garage to park inside with remote. Hi there I am available most days noon til 9pm to take your call or email me your number please. I would like to find someone by June. I can do a walk thru video or meet you at the home. No smoking allowed inside the home. The lanai's, patio, or garage is fine if you're a smoker. Just keep an ashtray, no cigarette ashes or butts thrown on garage floor or yard please. No disturbing other tenants. It should be quiet after 9pm. If you want an occasional party or get-together later than that just confirm with other tenants. No one is allowed to stay overnight more than 2 nights per month. If you need someone to stay with you longer than that we can discuss a price increase due to increased utilities. 6 month lease is $1500 per month. Any 6 months between August 1, 2026 and May 30, 2027 OR do a 9 or 10 month lease for $1200 per month from August 1 through May 30,2027. You would be the only one parking in the garage, we keep our motorcycle and other items in it so there is no storage area for you to use in the garage. Perhaps a bicycle. A pet fee of $200 is non-refundable. Our maintenance man lives directly across the street. You are responsible for any maintenance $50 or less. You will have his number to call for an emergency. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from your deposit when you move out. Rent is due on the first of each month. A $25 late fee is applied each day if paid after the 3rd.
