Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence, including all forms of vaping. Tenant is responsible for all cleaning or repair costs resulting from violations. 7. Pets and Damages Pets are allowed only with the Landlord's written approval. Pet Rent Regardless of pet type, breed, size, or number of pets, Tenant agrees to pay an additional $50 per month for having any pet(s) on the Premises.
