Maximum initial lease term of 12 months, with renewal options subject to owner approval. Rent: Due on the agreed-upon date each month. Security Deposit: Required prior to move-in. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity and internet Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage. Noise & Parties: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parking: Parking is permitted in the driveway only. No parking on the lawn or in areas that may block neighbors or emergency access. Occupancy: Only tenants listed on the lease may occupy the property unless otherwise approved in writing by the owner. Pets: Pets are subject to owner approval and may require an additional pet deposit or monthly pet rent. Property Care: Tenant agrees to keep the home clean and well-maintained, promptly report maintenance concerns, and return the property in substantially the same condition as when received, excluding normal wear and tear. Alterations: No painting, renovations, mounting of TVs, or other alterations without prior written approval from the owner.
