Private room for rent with spacious closet and hardwood floors. Shared living spaces, including the bathroom, kitchen & living room. Tiled bathroom with full size bathtub and shower. Features a fenced in back yard and a spacious patio with a grill and firepit. 2 car driveway. Tenant will have 1 spot. Washer & dryer in the basement. Price excludes utilities. Utilities will be split monthly by the owner and renter. Owner lives on site in the downstairs, partially finished basement. 1 dog or cat allowed, pending they get along with my dog, Odin. He's 100 lb plott hound mix and a gentle, 9 yr old pup. The house is within walking distance to a nearby pond (fishing spot), CVS, cafe', and many other local businesses. Not far from the carousel and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly, but private neighbors. Monthly fees include: -Utilities (electric, water, oil in the winter months, internet) -Landscaping ($120 total per month. Tenant would be responsible for 1/2 ($60) when needed during summer months. Unless, they can mow the yards themselves. I don't have much time to do it. If applicable** Poop removal if you also have a dog as well ($35-45 total, bi-weekly) Tenant is expected to pick up after themselves, keep shared living spaces clean, and help with chores such as trash removal and snow removal. We can discuss monthly budgets for things like toiletries, if desired. Shared Storage available in basement within reasonable limits. Guests permitted as long as tenant notifies the owner to coordinate. -Monthly at will lease (must give 30 days notice prior to moving out.) -Peace & Quiet is a must. -Be respectful -Keep your room and common areas clean. -Share chores of common areas. -Guests allowed, permitting you notify owner prior. -Partial storage available in basement, within reason. -1 dog or cat potentially allowed, pending they get along with owners dog (will have to meet prior) dogs preferred. -420 friendly. Tenant may smoke marijuana in their room (window must be open) or outside on the patio. No cigarette or cigar smoking in the house. Outside only. Vaping in the house is ok. -Must communicate with owner when using shared spaces/devices, such as the washer/dryer to avoid overlap.
