We got in very bad condition, we have put a ton of work into it. It is 14 ft wide by 53 ft long. We have replaced almost all of the flooring, including carpeting in the master bedroom and closet. We have also repainted most of the walls. The furnace works very well, it is about a year or so old, The washer and dryer are old, but they work and will be staying. The fridge and gas stove will also be staying, as well the microwave, if wanted. A lot of the furniture may also be staying, if wanted. It is currently in Stoneybrook South trailer house; to stay here in the park you will have to be approved. Lot rent is $275 a month, which covers water, sewer, and garbage. There is also a small shed outside and parking for two vehicles on the lot. Heat and electricity are about $100 total a month. You could move the trailer house, however that is up to you after purchase. We feel like is is worth $8,000, would like $7,000 or best offer; would like to have it sold by the end of January at the latest as we are moving out of state. Contract for deed MIGHT be an option, but would require at least half as a down payment. Moving sooner would probably be an option, if buyer wants; lot rent for January will be paid. We are open to offers.
