This is a newly renovated house. I am trying to rent out the lower floor. It currently has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a front porch. Also, there is one parking space for a car parking garage and/or street parking on both sides of the street. Owner pays only water and tenants pays electric and gas (for heating and cooking) . No smoking! No loud or unwanted music or sounds. NO PETS! Rent is collected the first week of every month! There is a late fee. If you leave, you need to give 30- days notice beforehand.
