This is a bedroom rental, with access to all of the house. You will live with me. All I ask is be clean and respectful. 2 bathrooms, off road parking if needed. And a help with remodeling would be great, but not necessary. Access to Lake Mohawk is super near...across the road, if you're into that. Must be open to helping with renovations...minor things. I.E. moving things and yard work. You will have a bedroom (furnished) and access to everything else, but you gotta live along side me.
