Large great room with fireplace has two couches and kitchen table for six, along with four stools under the step-up kitchen bar. Open kitchen to the great room has SubZero and Wolf appliances. Guest room with Queen bed and hallway bathroom on main floor, along with washer and dryer. Upstairs is the master suite with California king, sitting area, terrace with four-person table, clawfoot tub, separate shower, double sinks, walkin closet. Third room is set up as an extra large office and yoga room but could be set up with two single beds. All utilities are included, including AC, Wifi, electric. Prefer a four month lease but will consider one month stays. No smoking in house please. Our regular cleaners are available if desired.
