Still a work in progress. This home definitely has been good to us a lot of memories. It’s on a dead-end dirt road. The schools are awesome. 20 years of genuine happiness/ 43,000still left owed on the property . New roof no more than five years old. Drain field was replaced 15 years ago all new. Mother-in-law suite built on the property. She shed put on property. Also a new storage shed. As well as a hand built shed that was here when we purchased the home. That gives four outbuilding . All paid off in full… Don’t let this pass u by… our Job relocation is your gain. So much for little $$$ nassau county fl, 20 minutes from fernandina Beach Florida. One exit from the Florida Georgia Line. Definitely as much shopping as you can handle from the surrounding counties Duvall is no more than 30 minutes away river city has the best restaurants and shopping A girl could ever want.
