This is a nice, second floor one bedroom apartment on a great block! It has new carpet and flooring throughout and a renovated kitchen. Tenant pays for gas (including hot water, heat, and stove) and electric. Landlord pays cold water. There is not a washer/dryer in the building. Cats are fine, but we do not allow dogs in our properties. First, Last and Security (three month's rent) are needed to move in and there is a $30 application fee for the first application and an additional $20 fee for each additional adult. In order to qualify, you must make at least three times the rent monthly ($2,550) and have a good rental history. We do take credit into account as well, but it is not the biggest qualifying factor.
