This cabin is available September through May. It comes fully furnished with all utilities of electric, water, garbage, internet and cable. The location is halfway in between Seaside and Cannon Beach on a 4 acre wooded setting with a creek and a pond. The house sits a half mile off of Hwy 101 so you don't hear the traffic noise. There are 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has 2 queens and bedroom 3 has 2 full beds. It is fully furnished with everything that you would need including a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, silverware, crock pot, coffee pot, dishes, etc... The bathroom has towels. It is basically set up just like a vacation rental so all you have to do is bring your clothes and food. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch smart TV, cornhole boards, a firepit and a large propane barbecue. The deck also has adirondack chairs. Cell service is great and the internet is fast. There is one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The large deck is on the south (sunny) side where you will get the dawn to dusk. There are also cafe lights strung on the deck for ambiance at night. They are run on a timer. The house is dog friendly but the yard is not fenced at this time. I can however set up a 10 x 10 outside kennel for a longer term rental. This cozy cabin is available again September 1, 2025 - May 31,2026
