There is brand new living room sofas and a new dining table that seats 8. The location is halfway in between Seaside and Cannon Beach on a 4 acre wooded setting with a creek and a pond. The house sits a half mile off of Hwy 101 and there is no through traffic. There are 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has 1 queen and bedroom 3 has a full. I can add 1 more full if you need it. The house is fully furnished with everything that you would need including a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, silverware, crock pot, coffee pot, dishes, etc... The bathroom has towels and the beds have sheets, blankets and comforters. It is set up like a vacation rental so all you have to do is bring your clothes and food. For your entertainment there is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room. Outside there is a firepit, large propane barbecue and adirondack chairs. There is also a 10 x 10 dog kennel. Cell service is great and the internet is fast. There is one large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The large deck has string lights that come on at dusk and are set on a timer. This cozy cabin is available again starting mid September. I am looking for a 6 month lease but willing to discuss other terms. This place would be great for a snowbird wanting to get out of the snow, someone in town who is having their house remodeled , someone who wants an extended beach vacation while working from home or a company from out of town working here temporarily.
