Away from the hustle but still close to everything, Conifer King Soopers is about 5 miles. We're about 11 miles from the intersection of C-470 and HWY 285. Only one stop sign between this place and DIA! Roads are plowed and maintained but AWD/4WD is a must. Property also has campsite with RV pedestal for rent if family comes to visit. Current tenant is moving so please pardon pictures, it doesn't come furnished. Please do not drive onto property without appointment or it will not rent to you.
