    What's special

    Williamsburg is the model name. It is a front entrance duplex with the attached home having the side entrance. It is a 3 level home with the front door entering into a long hallway, with the upstairs steps on the right and an enclosed front room on the left with access via a pocket door. This room was modified in 1992 to accommodate my wife’s father, who was disabled from a Cervical Spine accident. This room has an enlarged shower for usage with any size wheelchair or to use as a normal shower area for any family member. The hallway that originally had been located adjacent to the front room, has also been modified to relocate the toilet and sink to make room for the additional shower, as mentioned above. The kitchen and dinning area was also redesigned to provide us with a more open floor plan. This area now flows into our 20’ x 16’ family room that was added in 1988. The 3 bedrooms upstairs still remain as is, meaning there have never been any structural design changes. The basement has had 75% of the 800 square footage redesigned into a potential family living space if required. The remaining 25% is a basic laundry and work shop area. Leading out of the family room addition is a 20’ x 18’ pressure treated deck covered by a 20’ x 14’ shed-type flat roof. This deck also has entry access to the 18’ diameter x 5’ deep swimming pool and 3 step access to the 7’ x 7’ hot tub. All house siding and windows were replaced in 2011. All roofing was replaced on every structure on the property in 2019, including the front porch, the house, the family room addition, the deck porch and finally, the large 12’ x 18’ x 14’ barn type shed. The shed had all new siding and a new door put on in 2018.
