Home with a spring, hand dug well, and creek on a long gravel drive shared with one other home. Very quiet setting with a large screened in porch. The home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, and laundry room/powder room on the first floor, with three bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a bath on the second floor. Also has a full unfinished basement with a dirt floor and a large attic. Kitchen and bathrooms have ceramic tile, dining room and bedrooms have laminate wood flooring, and living room and steps are carpeted. All of the flooring, paint, and trim was redone in 2008 when we bought the home, and we reinforced the floor joists in the basement (to better support the first floor).
