Great corner lot, newer septic system & house that needs a complete overhaul along with barn that has been deemed as a potential tear down by the town due to its rough condition. hot air furnace is older & may need to be replaced. Roof shingles redone in 2005,corner shingles have blown off causing moisture to come in. MB addition is on crawl space w/ electric baseboard that no longer works.
