Boy was I surprised when I came to list this house. The inside has a very good flow to it, is functional, shows pride of ownership, as it should as they are the original owners. For the money, in Grass Lake schools, the polebarn/garage, and landscaping on .92 acres, this is affordable living whether you're a first time home buyer or downsizing. Definitely not a drive by or cookie cutter.
