All utilities are included (incl high speed internet) except electricity, which we will split. One parking spot is included. It's a townhome-style apartment, so my bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, and yours will be on the first. UCI graduate students, staff, or alumni heavily preferred. I'd welcome an individual or a couple, and a small animal is definitely welcome if you're willing to pay the pet deposit. The sublease runs from now until June 30, 2015.The complex has convenient laundry, picnic areas with grills, bike racks, and two community gardens. It's a very peaceful place to live, with plenty of families and graduate students around. There is a community center, too, with study and meeting space, and Aldrich Park/campus area is very convenient. Very close to UCI Rec Center and Albertson's, and walking distance from University Town Center/Trader Joe's. The maintenance staff responds quickly when I report a problem.
