So much to offer for the price! The living quarters are on the 2nd floor and the antique business was located on the first floor. Very well maintained inside and out! All of the other historical buildings on this property including a separate Victorian house, church, school house, etc were rented out to antique/craft vendors which provided a good source of income. They even had weddings in the church. Located in the "Antiques Capital of Michigan!" So many options for utilizing this property!
