A second bedroom would also be available for short term guests and or office space if needed. Bedroom has a large closet and you have the option for it to be fully furnished. Parking can be in the driveway or garage for a smaller car. No pets allowed Lease length is open for negotiation but the monthly rent would remain the same. Background check is required. No smoking on the premise and guests are welcome but for a limited time as I am covering all utilities.
