But this is a lovely 3bedroom house, with a new kitchen, gorgeous Lanai overlooking the shoreline and ocean and sunsets House is furnished, with king beds in master bedroom and on the lanai, plus a smaller bedroom with a queen bedroom. Kitchen is brand new and fully set up. This isn't a vacation rental - it's our home - so you'll find it stocked the same as your kitchen (with some extras: breadmaker, juice squeezer, crockpot, griddle, coffee maker, toaster, etc). There is an old washer downstairs you may use, but no dryer. House is located on the hill, overlooking the coastline and Pebble Beach. Located fairly near Ho'okena and Place of Refuge. Like most homes in Hawaii, there is no AC or heat. We do have little portable heaters, but I was there all winter and never used it. And there WILL be geckos in the house. We love our geckos, and will not rent to someone who doesn't enjoy them! Our property manager, Adam, lives in a small apartment under the house. Available for 3+month term rental.
