This lease will end August 11, 2021 but you can always sign another lease. Utilities are not included. No security deposit needed, the rent for the month of February is covered. Since we lived there for 4 years we are happy to give you $600 towards any end of lease costs. This was also a non pet home. What will happen is you will need to apply and we will add you onto our lease as if you were a roommate and then we will take ourselves off once we are done with moving.
