Currently this home is in need of a few things, but it has so much potential. The kitchen has lots of cabinets, black 6 yr old refrigerator and stove, 3 yr old microwave, and a non-functioning dishwasher. The dining area is combined with the kitchen and is open to the living room, a main floor bedroom, bathroom, and an upper level bedroom. Take a few steps down off the back of the living room and you will find a family room with great views of the woods and yard. From there you have access to the hot tub room, master bedroom, and basement. The master bedroom has a private full bath, large closet and a patio door to the deck. There is a hot tub room with a sunken hot tub, vent fan, 6 large windows, recessed lights and French doors. Outside you will find the home is wrapped in maintenance free vinyl siding, a large deck and a large cleared area for a yard. There is a 24x24 garage that is newer but has some deferred maintenance. The propane forced air furnace was replaced in 2021, the water heater was replaced in 2022. Water is provided by a modern drilled well with a new pump install 5 yrs ago, and there is newer mound system. The wide driveway is gravel & solid and there is plenty of parking Seller states that the hot tub may or may not work, but it was working when drained. Geothermal heat system needs repair. It leaked water when it was last operating and is currently shut off and is not assumed to be operational. Roof has leaked in the last winter and probably needs to be replaced. The shingles appear to be in fine shape, however. Dishwasher is not functional. This is a great house that just needs a some love to get it back in shape. This could be your new adventure!
