Room for rent/shared space - $1000/month, which includes all utilities, including internet. Garden home area room for rent on the main level of a custom luxury ranch home. Nice bathroom with a jetted tub adjacent to the room. Gourmet kitchen, large living areas with floor to ceiling windows, expansive decks, and one driveway parking space available. I am a musician, so a musician or someone who greatly appreciates music would be ideal. I'm easy going and easy to get along with, but I am very clean and organized and have some specific rules: No smokers - sorry - I have plenty of experience with tenants smoking and I just don't want that around my house anymore. Also, unfortunately, no pets - I love pets, but all mine are gone now and I don't want any more in the house going forward. The house must be kept to my level of cleanliness, which is pretty clean. I will want the tenant to share equally in cleaning of all common areas, and especially to clean up after themself in a timely manner. I will also need the tenant to help out with some outside cleaning/yard work, keeping the back decks clean, etc. The lease will be month to month. Either the tenant or I can cancel the lease with 30 days of notice. If I cancel, I will try to give the tenant at least 60 days of notice, but the tenant giving me 30 days is fine.
