This is a big home with a big, beautiful yard. We live next to a working farm, and the other neighbors have 5 acres. The house is in excellent shape, but at this point, needs important cosmetic work, such as - Wallpaper and painting in several downstairs rooms. The back acre+ is fenced, but parts of the fence need repair, and the fence needs to be painted/stained. The siding is sound, but is approaching the end of it's life, and needs to be replaced to make the house more beautiful. The large shared upstairs bathroom needs to be remodeled to more modern tastes. The basement is finished as a kid play room, and is very functional in that way. There are skylights in the family room, together with a full wall, totally working brick fireplace that extends into the all-season porch. We have put up a brand new 32x30 pole barn with a large garage door entrance. We storage a popup camper and multiple tractors in the pole barn, plus lots of yard maintenance and camping gear.
