This is a wonderful and private house. It has many updates. New kitchen, wood burning insert, lots of french doors, lots of light. It is in the country but 7 minutes to W 11th and all the shops there. The garage is not usable for a car currently as we have a swim spa that needs to be moved and has to wait for the Spring. But it is a good storage space in the meantime. Owner pays water and sewer. Tenant pays internet, electric and propane.
