This is an unbelievable, incredible house for the money. The good: over 2000 SF, great area, almost a acre of beautiful land, close to Mauldin, Greenville, golfcourse, some hardwood floors, built-in cabinets and shelves, nice masonry woodburning fireplace, large spacious rooms, large deck on back and covered front porch, long paved driveway, large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and countertops and comes with all appliances. The bad (maybe not so bad): the structure is mostly stick built but added onto a mobile home although you can't tell it. The house is being sold "as is, where is", with absolutely no repairs to be done by the seller. Needs TLC. No lowball offers.
