This Ranch style house is located on a large corner lot in the Woodmen Hills community in Falcon (just 8 minutes from Powers, 20 to Schriever or Peterson). Lots of room to stretch out. Washer and Dryer located next to room. Large TV with cable in the family room. internet, central air conditioning, and plenty of parking. Free access to 2 Recreation Centers which include: 24-hour gym, Olympic size swimming pool, Disc Golf course, basketball and Pickle ball courts. You'd be living with two mature Christian male roommates (brothers and homeowners) who value life, honesty, integrity, hard work, and good communication. We're hoping to find one more male roommate (already have one) with similar values to share this great house. Not looking for perfection, but we do keep a pretty clean house. So we are looking for someone who is similar. *No Illegal Drugs, No pets, No smoking of any kind except outside. The total monthly rental flat fee of $750/mo. covers the room, 2 bathrooms (one bath has a shared shower with one roommate), parking, and access to all community areas (gyms/pools). *BACKGROUND CHECK. All applicants will need to complete background/credit check. 3,6,9, or 12 months after an initial 2-month lease to make sure we are all a good fit.
