Pineway Towers is very conveniently located. With multiple bus stops located within a two minute walking distance in any direction needed. It is one bus ride away from Downtown Silver Spring metro station. We are two miles from University of Maryland and three miles from the closest Trader Joe's. We have very quiet and respectable neighbors. We are looking for someone willing to sign on for a one year minimum lease, a one month refundable deposit, and at least one good reference.
