No exceptions. -Only one name on lease (example partners living together must pick one to have as primary name on lease responsible for payment and lease terms) -No cats, but small/medium dogs are allowed. -No smoking in unit under any circumstances -One parking spot available for tenant. It's in the perfect location! Priority tenancy will be given to individuals working in the healthcare industry or graduate students/residents at Wash U/SLU law or medical schools. Will vet all applicants equally, though. Must provide last 60 days of pay stubs from current employer, last 2 year housing history with landlord phone number, and if a student last two years transcripts (and if the student hasn't had a proper job yet, internships/coops/or summer jobs from the past two years will be sufficient for review)
