    What the owner loves about this home
    The location is great, and close to everything ! The schools are the best in the area. The subdivision is a great place to walk , and there is a bike/ walking path down River Crossing Blvd to Starkey Park . The neighbors are really nice , And there is a nice mix of seniors and young families. My favorite thing is the private back yard that backs up to the conservation area. You can sit on the patio and hear Owls calling to each other, see Cardinals , Bluebirds and lots more beautiful birds as well as other wild life. I love seeing deer come by with their little white spotted fawns , I love to open the shutters on the big window in the kitchen and be able to see all the ferns and the beautiful Cannas that bloom yellow and orange flowers from Spring to winter, while enjoying our meals. The house has a calming warm vibe and will welcome you and your family home.
