Only 8 houses away from great K-5 public school, one minute from freeway, and 15 minute walk to Lakeshore's restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous woodwork and a wonderful view from the large deck with hot tub and herb garden. Any furnishings you don't like can be removed as there is ample storage space in the subbasement. We are still in the process of purging, cleaning and painting. Please keep that in mind if you visit.
