As a whole, the monthly rent is $1200 a month with a $1200 security deposit, or per room with $600 a month with a $600 security deposit. There is one full bathroom, full kitchen, two bedrooms, laundry in the basement is shared between Units A and B, there is heat and A/C, fireplace, dining room, and a shared driveway for parking. All utilities included; water, gas, electric, and internet. There is a cap for all utilities, any overages will result in additional fees. No smoking allowed, there is a cap for all utilities if the tenant goes over the cap there will be additional fees which they can provide the additional payments through Venmo, CashApp, or Paypal. Every Friday, we will come to clean the house.
