In addition, three of the five parcels within the larger envelope are also zoned agricultural, and two are zoned residential. All structures on the parcel, notwithstanding 8938 Crow Canyon, which the previous seller owns still owns, are dilapidated. All sites within the main structure have their own assessor's parcel number. Any buyers need to check with the county planning department for updated building information since all parcels are within the non-incorporated area of Castro Valley. All parcels are on well water and septic, and this would be the reason to check with the county to confirm those requirements to build or rebuild each parcel. The price has just been reduced to reflect the challenges associated with the property.
