Th location is great as it is very close to the public beach on beautiful Sebago Lake and a short drive to Windham shopping. To move in, we require the first month's rent of $1,750.00 plus a $1,750.00 security deposit. Our tenants are responsible for heat and electric. There is a laundry facility on site. The landscaping, rubbish removal, and the snow plowing is provided. Tenants do their own shoveling of stairs and walkways. We installed new high-efficiency boilers for both the heat and hot water to help with costs. Downeast Energy will also provide a yearly cost upon request. Pets will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $500.
