We are also a pet-friendly community, and each home features a versatile porch for outdoor relaxation and socializing. For your peace of mind, we have a full-time property manager and maintenance staff available, along with 24-hour video surveillance of the grounds. The owner will cover utilities, lawn care, and quarterly pest control. A typical 12-month lease is required to take advantage of any promotional offers. However, flexible lease options are available for a minimum of three months if you do not wish to utilize any promotional offers. A full security deposit will be due at the time of signing. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the property. We do allow up to two small pets, with a non-refundable one-time pet deposit.
