I am looking for a roommate to share this entire house with me! This is not an air bnb and I'm only looking to rent to one person. It will be a month to month lease that hopefully works out and can be long term. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. It is fully furnished with a brand new king size bed. Also an 80" Sony OLED tv in the bedroom. But if you did want to bring some of your own bedroom furniture, I could put the current bedroom set in the basement The house has its own small gym, pool table and lounge in the basement. It's got a large back yard with a fire pit, grill and hot tub. All utilities included. You will have one spot in the garage for parking spot and plenty of off street parking.
