Beautiful community, helpful & humble neighbors, amazing location - There is absolutely nothing that you won't like about this property. Plenty of storage in unfinished basement and attic. Fairly new construction - moving to other state for job but would like to come back to Massachusetts some day and LOVE this cozy townhouse. Nice community, nice space (inside & outside), close to freeways and highways. Sewer & HOA would be included in rent. The tenants would still pay for water, electricity and gas use. Can share previous bills with potential tenants to help them understand average expense in those categories.
