This condo just appraised at $445,000 and hoping to sell cheaper to move in a different direction in life. For the price you get more sqft then most condos in park city. 9' ceilings gives the space a bigger feel. There's so much here that is outside the crowded tourist side of park city, but close enough you can still be in it. there's a bus stop in front of the community. There is biking and hiking out the back door, and all the resorts so close. The pools, hot tubs, and gym, are great as well. Red stone is a bike or walk away with grocery stores, cinema, and a lot of great restaurants. I have really enjoyed this place and hope someone else can enjoy living in a town that is a culture of active outside rec year round.
