It is also within 40 min of Chattanooga TN. Once a small town church it has been refurbished into a beautiful studio home perfect for a family of 2 or single person. Please fill out a rental application before requesting to see property. Rental includes microwave, stove and refrigerator. Tenant is responsible for water and electric bills. Tenant is responsible for mowing the yard and a lawn mower will be provided, if unable to mow then please let the landlord know and other arrangements will be made. Tenant is allowed up to 2 cats with a one time pet deposit of $100 per cat. However, tenant will not receive the security deposit at the finish of their lease agreement if any damage is made to the house by the cats, or if there is any kind of cat urine smells or stains on the floor. Absolutely no dog of any size is allowed in rental. There is plenty of parking space in the front yard as well as a small carport around the back side of the house for one car. Smoking is not permitted inside the rental property, if rule is broken the tenant will not receive their security deposit. Trash pickup is not supplied by the landlord, tenant is required to take their own trash to the nearest refuse collection center.
