This property is in a prime deer area of St. Louis Co. The area right around this property has lots of ag fields around it. The green fields hold the deer around here. This property has a 3 bed 1 bath home with a newer metal roof and new wood furnace. As a bonus to the home there is a 12x16 outdoor sauna building, a large garage and several other buildings. The property has some tillable that is currently being used for hay. A hunter could use these fields to plant some destination larger food plots and use a few of the other closer areas to bedding as honey hole food plot locations. While walking the property I noticed how heavy the deer were feeding in the natural openings in the timber where there was new growth brush and timber. These openings were killer locations to ambush deer browsing in the timber. You could see how they traveled from opening to opening through the timber where the new growth was.
