Located on nearly 5 acres of private wetland, this 1937 home is quiet yet close to town and the Olympic Peninsula. The house has two bedrooms, once main floor with skylights and huge walk in closet, the other upstairs, with sitting area and built-in dresser. The house has electric heat, but also A/C. Washer dryer hook ups in the cellar. There's plenty of storage in the cellar as well. Lots of charm in this cute house! We prefer a one year lease, but that is negotiable. Pets are negotiable. $150 refundable deposit for pets on approval. No pet rent, we don't believe in that. First month and deposits only. No smoking in the house. Tenant pays all utilities. There is a detached shop/garage on the property that is not included. A private party uses this, and it is not available to tenant. Off street parking is available. Please be aware that most of the property is wetland. A variety of birds, wetlands animals live there. Tenant maintains lawn area (mowing, weeding, etc.) No reusable tenant screening report is acceptable. Our criteria is available on request, as is our application. $30 pp nonrefundable application fee.
