We're renting out a spacious upstairs room in our cozy, medium-sized 3-bedroom home nestled on the side of Lookout Mountain near Ruby Falls. The room is approximately 240 sq ft, with a private, 100 sq ft balcony overlooking the woods, and its own bathroom at the base of its spiral staircase all sectioned off by French doors that open into our double living room and shared kitchen. The layout allows for privacy or socialization, depending on your preference. The house features central air/heat, high-speed internet, a dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and an unfinished basement for storage. As a perk we have a movie room with projector, nice sound system, and a big, comfy sectional. Outside, we have a half-acre front yard with a large wooden deck, as well as a concrete patio outfitted with furniture and a greenhouse tent housing a year-round hot tub. The shared living spaces are fully furnished, while the room for rent will be unfurnished. If you have your own furniture, we're open to collaborating on how to incorporate it into the living spaces.
