Two other tenents live in seperate housing but use common areas. Rent includes utilities ( water, electric, internet, and trash removal). Room could be either furnished or unfurnished. Animals currently on property are 2 small dogs, 3 cats, and outdoor animals include chickens, ducks, guineas, and rabbits. 6 mo. Lease with first month and $400 deposit. Available April 15th.
