Its been well kept and in great condition. It has a well. It has a very spacious yard and its tucked away down a short driveway so its not on the street and which gives it a lot of privacy. There is a creek that runs through it. The back of the property meets with the towns most popular park, this is nice as there are quit often events at the park (4th of July for example) where its not necessary to have to search for/pay for parking or get stuck in the traffic caused by it after. On the same block is the towns high school as well.
