Located off Burbank by Bluebonnet Blvd. Convenient to LSU and the Mall of Louisiana, the casino boats, as well as many other shops and lots of restaurants. Each unit has a stackable washer and dryer, private fenced patio, and your water, sewage and garbage are included in the rent. Ridge Pecan will be available May 15th and could be yours next! Water, Sewer, and Trash is included in the rent! We do require a background and credit check. You must fill out an application, the application does have a $40 fee. We are pet friendly! The pet must be under 25 pounds and you are required to pay a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We will not be scheduling any tours for Ridge Pecan before May 15th!
